How do I make a booking on your website?
Booking is quick and simple. Use the booking engine on our homepage to select your pickup point (e.g., Rhodes Airport or Port) and your destination. Choose your preferred vehicle class, select the date and time, fill in your personal/flight details, and submit your request. What information do I need in order to book?
To secure a precise and hassle-free transfer, you will need to provide your full name, mobile phone number (preferably with WhatsApp active), email address, your exact drop-off destination (hotel, villa, or resort), and your flight or ferry number. Flight numbers are essential so we can track any delays.
I cannot find a route I want to book. What to do?
If your specific destination, remote villa, or custom tour route isn’t listed in our standard booking form, don’t worry. Simply get in touch with us via our contact form or send a message directly to +30 6945806458. Our team will tailor a custom quote for your itinerary within minutes.
How do I pay for my transfer?
We provide flexible payment solutions to make your trip to Rhodes stress-free. You can choose to pay securely online in advance via card, or pay your driver directly in cash or via credit/debit card upon reaching your destination.
Can I book a transfer with more than one stop?
Yes, we can accommodate multiple stops, whether you need to collect room keys, drop guests off at different hotels, or grab supplies. Please specify your additional stops in the “Special Requests” field during booking so we can adjust the route and schedule perfectly.
Are your prices fixed, or will I pay more if there is traffic?
All our rates are 100% fixed and all-inclusive. The price you see at the time of booking is the final price you pay. There are no surprise fees, surge pricing, or additional costs for traffic congestion or night rates.
Before You Travel
What luggage entitlement will I have?
Our standard minivan transfers easily accommodate up to one large suitcase and one piece of hand luggage per passenger. If you are traveling with extra bulky equipment—such as golf clubs, windsurf gear, or baby strollers—please let us know in advance so we can allocate the ideal vehicle.
Where will I meet the driver when I arrive?
At Rhodes International Airport (Diagoras), your driver will be waiting for you inside the arrival terminal right after you exit the baggage claim area. At the Rhodes port, they will be parked immediately outside the ship’s passenger exit gate. They will be holding a customized sign clearly displaying your name.
What happens if I can’t locate my driver?
In the highly unlikely event that you cannot find your driver in the crowd, please do not leave the terminal. Call or message our dispatch center immediately at +30 6945806458 via phone or WhatsApp. We will pinpoint your driver and connect you instantly.
My group size has changed, can I choose another vehicle?
Absolutely. If your party grows or shrinks, contact us up to 24 hours before your travel date. We will modify your booking and upgrade or downsize your vehicle (subject to fleet availability) to ensure your comfort.
How long will the transfer take?
Transfer times vary by destination across Rhodes. For example, a transfer from Rhodes Airport to Rhodes Town or Ialyssos takes roughly 15-20 minutes, Faliraki takes about 25 minutes, while traveling to Lindos or Kiotari takes around 50 to 60 minutes. Because we only offer direct, private transfers, you will never waste time stopping at other resorts along the way.
What happens if my flight or ferry is delayed?
We track all incoming flights and passenger ferries using live tracking networks. Even if your flight is delayed for hours, your driver will be informed and will adjust their arrival time accordingly. No stress, and absolutely no delay penalties or extra fees.
Do you provide child seats or booster seats?
Yes, your family’s safety is our priority. We provide child car seats and booster seats entirely free of charge. Please ensure you specify the age and quantity needed in your booking request so the vehicle arrives fully equipped.
