Ladiko Beach: A Tiny Cove That Has It All
Ladiko is proof that a beach doesn’t need to be big to be perfect. This small cove packs in fine sand, scattered rocks, sunbeds and umbrellas, tree-clad hills wrapping all the way around, emerald water, showers and a taverna — everything you could ask for in one compact, sheltered spot. It’s deservedly popular, especially in August.
Two sides to choose from
Though it’s just a tiny bay, Ladiko offers a surprising amount of choice. The sunbeds have spread across to the opposite, rockier shore as well — ideal if you’re after a quieter, more peaceful patch away from the main sand. And because the cove is so well protected and the water so clear, it’s an excellent place to snorkel.

Right next to Anthony Quinn
One of Ladiko’s best features is its location: just a few metres further along you’ll find the famous Anthony Quinn Bay. That makes it easy to have a bit of both worlds in a single visit — the calm, contained charm of Ladiko and the dramatic emerald scenery of its celebrated neighbour. Practical comforts are all here too: food, loungers and umbrellas, showers, toilets and parking.
